Center for Education Technology
The Center for Educational Technology (CET) supports the use and integration of technology resources in the College of Education. Its mission is to provide support for the technology needs of the college and to provide leadership in the advanced use of that technology in the academic preparation of current and future education and counseling professionals. In addition, The CET Computer Lab, located in room 250 in the College of Education building, is a space where students, staff, and faculty can come to work, use Apple computers, print, use a SMART board, and receive technology assistance or training.

Help Desk (helpdesk.depaul.edu)
The Help Desk serves as a single point of contact for the vast majority of your technology needs at DePaul. Topics include: login issues, WiFi connection, ID cards, computer tech support, software access, classroom technology, computer labs, printing, remote learning and working resources, secure computing, phones and networks, and audio visual services. To request help, create an incident, email helpdesk@depaul.edu, or call (312) 362-8765.

Genius Squad
The Genius Squad is the support center for current students. They provide free technical service and support for desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, and other devices.
