Are you finding college difficult? We are here to help!

The Academic Success Center (ASC) in the College of Education honors diverse learners and takes an individualized approach toward helping students succeed academically. We offer one-on-one and group tutoring for all programs in the College of Education, help students prepare for ILTS and Counseling exams toward licensure and offer tutoring in writing and mathematics courses in Education.

The Academic Success Center is now located in Suite 250 in the College of Education building.

ASC staff are available to work closely with you to outline what you need to succeed, with a special focus on organization, executive dysfunction, dealing with anxiety and other challenges that can get in the way of meeting goals.

You can set up a meeting with one of our coaches by emailing ASC@depaul.edu. Please include your email and phone number and one of our staff members will contact you to set up a meeting time. We will meet with you weekly through Zoom with opportunities for communication via email between sessions. You may choose to meet only once or twice or continue throughout the quarter depending on your needs and desires.

Individual Tutoring

For students who have had difficulty passing exams, individualized tutoring is provided based on past test scores and your specific area of need. You may request a tutor by emailing asc@depaul.edu or by contacting a staff member directly.
