Sr. Mary Paul McCaughey

Sr. M. Paul McCaughey takes her 24 years of experience as a principal and her almost seven years as superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of Chicago into the classes at DePaul and into her roles as mentor, coach, and consultant. She is passionate about turning the best of the research into lived practice at schools so that school leaders can build the structures and climate that ensure that every student is given the chance for academic success and personal well-being. In engaging future school leaders in informed conversations around the vision, planning, and communication needed for successful cooperation, Sr. Paul hopes to give future school administrators tools for transformation.
