In the Office of Development, we work with alumni and professional partners to strengthen the mission of the College of Education (COE) and to increase the resources available to students, alumni, faculty and staff. We help faculty and staff develop, write and submit grant proposals to federal and state agencies and private foundations. This process is collaborative, as we work with several university offices (OIPR, OSPR, Advancement and Alumni Relations).
Strong partnerships
By helping the college create partnerships with community organizations and other higher education institutions, the Office of Development strengthens COE, the Chicago community and the various populations we serve. Together, we grow as an urban, multicultural, educational institution providing premiere education to our students.
