Field Experience Evaluation for Student Teaching

For each program, three courses (one Level I course and two Level II courses) have been designated for field experience evaluations. The instructor will submit the evaluation online through the Field Experience Documentation System (FEDS). Candidates can verify submission of the evaluation by logging on to the FEDS system at https://wdat.is.depaul.edu/clinicalexplogin/login.asp​.

Undergraduates

Early Childhood:
ECE 280 - Internship with Infants and Toddlers
ECE 381 - Preschool Internship
ECE 382 - Primary Grades’ Internship
Note: The grade line up for these ECE internships to serve as the faculty evaluation is: A = Excellent performance during field experience (no concern); B+ and A- = Very good performance during field experience (no concern); B- and B = Good performance for field experience (no concern); C = Average, should improve; D and below = fail.

Elementary:
EE 281 - Introduction to Elementary Practice

Physical Education:
PE 111 - Motor Development Across the Lifespan
