
The educational leadership online master's degree program is designed to prepare graduates to assume challenging administrative, policy and management positions in a variety of settings. Students have the option of pursuing either a master of arts (M.A) or masters of education (M.Ed.) degree.
The main purpose of the educational leadership program is to prepare graduates for administrative and supervisory positions in schools, businesses and a variety of human services agencies. Students interested in educational leadership who are not certified teachers can pursue this degree and share in the ideals of social justice to be transformative leaders.

Students are required to take a minimum of 13 courses (52 quarter hours) to complete the educational leadership online degree program.
To be eligible for the educational leadership online master's degree program, students must hold a bachelor's degree conferred by an accredited, recognized institution.
