The educational leadership online master's degree program is designed to prepare graduates to assume challenging administrative, policy and management positions in a variety of human services agencies. Students have the option of pursuing either a Master of Arts (M.A) or Masters of Education (M.Ed.) degree. Students interested in educational leadership who are not certified teachers can pursue this degree and share in the ideals of social justice to be transformative leaders.
