The College of Education Information Sheets are a brand new student resource for the 2011-2012 academic year. The Information Sheets are designed to be used in conjunction with the Degree Progress Report (DPR), therefore, they replace the need for an Advising sheet. The Info Sheets also provide helpful information and tips specific to your program's and certificate’s requirements.
Find your program from the list below. Contact your academic advisor if you have any questions about how to use your Info Sheet. *Info Sheets will be added as they are developed for each of the programs, so if you don’t see your program yet, you will soon!
*If you entered your program prior to the 2011-2012 academic year, you should refer to the Advising Sheet in place at the time you entered the program.
You will need Adobe Acrobat reader to view the forms. If you don't have it, you can download it here.
