As the School of Education-branch Office of Development, we work with our alumni and professional partners to strengthen the mission of the School of Education and to increase the resources available to students, alumni, faculty, and staff. We assist faculty and staff members in developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals at the federal, state, and private foundation levels. Cooperating with several university offices (OIPR, OSPR, Advancement, and Alumni Relations) and external agencies, grant proposals are developed in a highly collaborative environment.
By assisting the School of Education in creating partnerships with community and fellow institutions of education, the Office of Development helps strengthen the SOE, the Chicago community, and the various populations we serve. Together, we grow as an urban, multicultural educational institution providing premiere education to our students.
